Indian Wedding Invites - Where to Buy - Tri State Brides

Hello Ladiesss...

So I am kind of torn on the wedding invites...

I've been looking at indianweddingcards.com and then my family is pushing
to have them made in India...

What are you or have you ladies done in the tri-state area?

I'm not really helpful, since we DIY'd our invites, but I did order samples from indianweddingcards.com for the invites we wanted for my relatives in India. They are pretty nice and were quick to ship. I think there is a printer that is in Edison, but keep in mind that you can't really compare prices since there aren't too many choices and it definitely doesn't compare to indianweddingcards.com or having them done in India.

Here is a list of vendors I found that might be helpful if you want to stay stateside:

There is also 3 bees paperie that makes gorgeous and modern invites:

I ordered my invitations from India, they were well priced and everyone loved them. I did order a whole bunch of samples first and then placed the bulk order. I sent in my order through their website and they were able to send me the layout within a day, I spoke to Rajesh through e-mails about my order. I was able to get my order within 2 weeks. The website is www.universalweddingcards.comtake a look if you're planning on ordering online, they are great.

Two cents:  I did not select an Indian vendor for my wedding invitations; but intead chose a letterpress design by Kamal Patel off of the bellafigura website:  http://www.bellafigura.com/designers/kamal.html

Gorgeous designs and beautifully done letterpress.  You can order and review samples and then go on their website and easily customize your package/colors.

If you order samples, order all twleve ink color options they allow.  I chose an ink color I did not think I would choose based on viewing their website.
