neat places to buy jewelry

OK gals I need some help...

I've been looking for days on etsy for a necklace for the big day and so far haven't found anything I love love love. I have a scar I really hate from a recent surgery right at the top of my breastbone that I would like to cover up with a chunky funky necklace.

Here's a pic of my dress so you know where I'm going with the fashion. I'm planning on a birdcage veil and a messy updo maybe with a flower or something similar.
