So I've been wanting to work on toning my arms before the wedding (they look horrible when they aren't covered), and I've decided that I'm going to start the 100 Push Up Challenge.

As of right now, the number of "good form" pushups I can do is like .5, as I have basically no upper body strength. Hopefully, that's all about to change
