We just brewed a practice batch of wedding beer last night. It's a cranberry orange hefeweizen. I love the smell of beer brewing. And fermenting. Our last batch smelled like honey while it was fermenting.
In 20 days I'll be "forced" to drink the beer in order to make sure that it's correct. It's on my wedding to-do list. I think TK missed this step in wedding planning when they made their checklist.
