Uneek asked about Pinterest on another thread. It's basically the best organizing tool ever for inspiration pictures. You make a 'board' and 'pin' pictures to it. You can pull pictures from blogs or the web or you can upload from your desktop or files.
The best part is that you can put a 'pin it' button in your shortcuts bar and then you can select pictures from anywhere on the web and have them immediately pinned (with source info--like the original website).
