So FI wanted boxing poster-style invites, and we designed them, they're good to go.
However, I'm worried some people (like his almost-90 grandparents) might be a little confused by the layout, so I'm designing a second invitation to go with it (overkill maybe, but eh bien). I just want to see if the wording conveys 'wedding' to you.

The bolded part is what I mostly want feedback on. Does it sound like a wedding, or something else?
