I have been etsying up a storm - but this is the first DIY project I have undertaken.
I got the birch holders from an etsy seller (of course). We've had the little green birds for a while and were planning to use little twigs from the yard for them to sit on. Well today we went to Michaels and found the eggplant flowers and I couldn't resist (that's our other color). After agonizing over the color card in Papersource for about 30 minutes we decided on this slightly sparkly quartz color (which you can't appreciate in the pic of course)...and VOILA!
I think I need to put them a little more in the corner to leave room for the names and table numbers, though I am thinking about doing them vertical instead of horizontal just to be different, I don't know, I have some time to figure that part out though
