Hi everyone! I have been lurking a little on this board, and posted a couple of comments, but I thought I should introduce myself. I love the ideas you all have been throwing out, and am loving that there is a board out there for me!
My FI and I are planning on a May 2012 wedding in our hometown in Upstate NY. We are planning from Colorado, so it's been going slow! We are thinking of a picnic-type affair and I am hoping to get a travelling wood-fired pizza oven for our food (yum!). Also, I am hoping to have the ceremony on the mountain where my FI used to live and where we spent a lot of time in the beginning of our relationship. The location I am thinking of is a historical site, but also backs up to a medium-security prison, so we will have to see how that pans out!
