XP Shawl!!!!! CHECK!

Awhile back I found a shawl pattern that I TOTALLY lusted after, however it was a knitting pattern and although I can crochet, I DEF can't knit! I had mentioned it to a group of yarn savvy friends and one actually volunteered to make it for me...

Fast forward to today, she just sent me this picture.... I am like a giddy school girl right now!

Crocheting is done with one single hook. You only work one stitch at a time and then move onto the next.
Knitting is done with longer needles with no hook and you work with a whole row of stitches on the go all at the same time.
They also use different techniques to actually complete the stitches.

That is gorgeous!!! What is the pattern? (I knit) I knit my four BMs shawls but luckily a friend volunteered to make mine, as I was all knitted out at that point.
