So my grandparents took me to brunch today since I'm on Spring break and my grandma mentions how she read an article about how girls are going non-traditional with wedding dresses. The article mentioned dresses being strapless with color.
I knew I should have kept my mouth shut and not said yeah I am going to wear a red dress, but the trouble maker I am I did. She was not happy.
She even offered to take me to look at clearance racks for dresses and said I couldn't buy a prom dress for a wedding dress, but she couldn't tell me why not.
On the bright side once I showed her pics of dresses I liked she "warmed up" to the idea of a white dress with red detailing. Though she still hates red dresses for my wedding dress.
I love my grandparents and feel so bad I always put them through stuff like this
