Hi everyone!
I am new to this board (not to the Knot). I had no idea they had an offbeat wedding section.
I am trying to do a wedding with little touches of rock and roll style since my fiance and I are rock music fans. He is also a BMX freestyle biker so I am trying to weave that in there somewhere. We are both heavily tattooed to give you an idea.
We are being traditional for some things and trying to be out of the box on others.
So far to go with our theme we have his outfit which is a tux with black chucks, skull cufflinks and a tie with very subtle skull on his tie. Also he has a chainlink in his boutonniere. His outfit is done! I don't want skulls throughout the decor however so I am trying to do this tastefully.
I have my venue, dress, his outfit, and all my vendors. Now it's the designing part!
Any inspiration or ideas for decor of both the ceremony and reception?
