Need venue around Destin, FL

I am having no luck finding a place to have our ceremony. We live in the north Florida panhandle (Destin, Ft Walton, etc) and I don't really want a beach wedding. Not many links for lesbian commitment ceremony. Any help would be great! Thanks!

    I would suggest asking your local board about wedding venues.  You can then contact those places, and see how open they are to a lesbian commitment ceremony. Especially in a state that does not have legal gay marriage, many of the vendors may not have been asked to consider the issue before--but may be quite open to it if asked.  And if they are hostile?  Cross them off your list.

    My partner and I live in Pensacola and we are doing our ceremony at the Old Christ Church, it is owned by the city so it has no religion affiliated with it. Although there are a few affirming churchs here such as the MCC and UUC. There are also golf courses all around the panhandle area that have country clubs you might want to look into.

    Oh and a country club thats near you is Hidden Creek. Its in Navarre and relativly inexpensive to host at.
