When I contacted Richard at East Canyon Hotel and Spa to see about holding a renewal of mine and Michael's commitment vows, I knew he'd be able to accommodate all the biggest components of this very special occasion. And since I work with them, I was well aware that I would be set up with the best vendors – and of the amazing buffets and refreshments that would await all of our closest friends and community members who took part.
