Tipping Question

Hi! I am sure this has been asked before, but here I go. When it comes to tipping, I usually always leave 20%, but am questioning the catering waiters for our wedding.
The catering contract indicates that no tip in added to the invoice, and when reviewing the invoice, the rate for the cater waiters is $22/hour, MUCH more than other wait staff.
At that hourly rate, would you still tip?

I would probably do a flat tip for each waiter. It doesn't necessarily have to be 20% or higher or lower.    If they are making 22.00 an hour and they are there for lets say, 4 hours.  I would probably give them $15-20 each.    Maybe an Amex or Visa gift card.
