Has anybody ever used the site House of Brides or one similar? I am pretty sure I have found my dress (just need to shop with mum for a day) and I found it online for almost half the price it is in the store. I am a little nervous about ordering my dress online. If anybody has any experience or opinions on this I love to hear it! Thanks!

    I considered ordering my BM dresses from bestbridalprices.com (I had heard better reviews of them than HOB). Their price for the dresses, even after the exchange, was maybe 60% of the retail price. But then, once I did my research into the duties, shipping costs and brokerage fees, it turned out that it would have cost me just about the same amount as if I just ordered it in the store.

    I ordered mine from ebridalsuperstore.com, so far their service has been great, but I just ordered a week ago. The price was 50% less than the stores around here. It was 25.00 to ship, and I'll have to pay whatever the customs charge is at the border.
