My boards

I am VERY new to navigating these message boards and would like some help!

When I click on community it shows all of the different boards and beside "my boards" I am in some boards that do not have as much use to me as others.  How do you leave/join certain boards?

I don't use that feature. I just go into whatever board I want and post freely. You don't have to be some kind of VIP member to post. Just have at her.
