catholic wedding program help

i'm creating my program and am following this template:

though it doesn't indicate when the signing of the civil registry happens. when would this happen during the ceremony?

Ours was just before the concluding rites / final blessing (our priest insisted that it be contained within the mass), though it's also common for it to be done after the final blessing. Best to check with your priest. In any case, it's near the end

Ask your officiant when they want it done. I have seen it done during the recessional hymn or right before the final blessing. I also have seen it done after the vows and before being prounounced husband and wife.... it all depends on your officiant.
