tell your bf/fi/dh

Proverbs 18:22 (NKJV)
He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord.

i really liked this. (: There were some pastoral staff who wasn't really supporting our marriage because we are "too young" (i am 24 and FI is 23 this saturday)... but i read this verse and smile.
(:

what makes you smile?
share anything that has encouraged you and inspired you. (:

That's really lame that there were pastoral staff not supporting your marriage.

FI called me from work (which he never does) to wake me up, tell me I'm beautiful and to have a great day. That definitely made me smile!

FI completely re-organized our kitchen as a surprise yesterday. Knowing that someone on this Earth always has my back is inspiring to me, especially with the way that my life has gone.

My parents celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on Monday.  I feel so blessed to have such a good example of what a marriage is - thinking about it, my parents have gone through a lot in those 30 years, and been there and supported each other through every step.  They are still each other's best friends, and it makes me look forward to my future with FI even more.

    Love that verse :)
What is wrong?  Why do you need smiles?
I am just remembering and learning to trust God in all things, and that he will take care of me no matter what. :)

My FI and I have been praying and talking alot about when and where to go into missions. It's becoming clearer to us which is super exciting! We're pretty sure that next June we will be on the mission field in Guatemala!

That's a great verse by the way.

    Love reading these today!

Today, I got a part time job at my local Hallmark store. I won't be making a lot but I do get a great discount (hello Christmas ornaments, invites, and gifts!). Also, FI has been at a job interview since 10am this morning. I'm praying he gets it!
