Christian Weddings

It's Wednesday, What's on your To-Do List?

What's on your To-Do List this week / this weekend?  WR? NWR?

WR: I'm finally at the point that the smaller details are coming together.  I just called to schedule my hair trial appt, and on the same day we're doing my bridal portraits (June 11th)!  Mom is customizing my veil and will be done with it this weekend (she's almost done now!).  I have to call the restaurant for the reception and get the menu finalized, and finish the day-of itineraries for the wedding party.  The rehearsal dinner restaurant is FINALLY set up, so now I can add the last of the info to the itineraries and email everyone!

NWR: Going to a wedding this weekend!  One of my bridesmaids is getting married to one of the groomsmen (they were engaged before we even asked them to be in the wedding, we're all GREAT friends), and we're SO excited for them!  Also NWR ... Job hunting continues!

The Lord above is finding ways to show me positive glimmers of hope in every single day, and right now THAT is what is sustaining me.  This morning I just felt like so many things are coming together and making all of our hard-thought wedding planning create some fantastic moments for everyone involved.  We've been very stress-free and it just seems so easy ... I guess I'm waiting for the first thing that we'll have to adjust, but such is life, I guess!!! :-)

Okay .. your turn!!!
July 16, Our Wedding Day, is also International Juggling Day!

WR: Probably nothing...I'm such a slacker :P Oh wait, I'm buying postage for the invites. Have to buy it online because there isn't a post office within a half hour of here with wedding postage. *sigh*

NWR: Today and tomorrow I have to work and then I'm off to a weekend retreat with FI. All of the high schools are having their graduations this weekend so I have two BBQ's to go to after we're back on Sunday and then I'm driving back here to start another week of work. Sounds like fun, eh?

WR: nothing!! Thankfully I have so much extra time that I can just relax.

NWR: tons and tons of homework. :( I'm also really sick and trying to feel better. That's a full time job in itself!

Hey guys, I have said hi a couple of times and I stay up to date on this board but don't post much! I am getting really excited though with only 59 days left!

I saw this post as I was making a to do list for tonight! This is my list:

-pick up printed invites and buy postage for them (I will hopefully be putting the invites together tomorrow)
-update my list of addresses as I have been trying to gather all the addresses from everyone on the guest list that I didn't already have
-finish wedding website which has our RSVP on it

Hope everyone has a great night!
