bridal shower theme

So I just had to post this because I thought it was the msot awesome idea for a bridal party theme.

This girl on my club board said that her sister did an "around the clock" theme. Each guest was assigned to a time in the day and had to get a gift that was appropriate. She said the 6pm person got something to use during making dinner, the 7am person got her towels or bathroom stuff for getting ready for work, the midnight person got her lingerie and so on.

I thought it was so awesome! My girls are already throwing me a kitchen themed party but if that wasn't underway, I'd def want this party! :)

    I've been to one of these before & it is really cute, and people get really creative.  I don't think my shower has a theme, which is ok by me, since I want all the things on the registry, not just kitchen stuff, lol.  Although now that I think about it, most of it IS kitchen stuff...
    Sara, when is your shower?  Mine's May 16, eeek!

    Love this idea!!!! I have my shower this weekend though so too late for me! But I will definitley keep this in mind for a friends!

    I've heard of that before, it IS a really cute idea. Panini maker for noon, barware for 5 pm "happy hour," so cute!

    I haven't heard of this! God, my sis and cousin are gonna be so lucky when they get engaged. I'm gonna be throwing them these! That is great!

    Jennyann- mine is June 19th. Now I want mine May 16th! Actually my nephew's bday is that weekend so thats a no go. BUT, I wanted the girls to wait until I sent out wedding invitations. I want the people invited to the shower to have wedding invites before they get shower invites. :)
