Wedding Transportation Question

Hi Ladies!

I have a quick question-does anyone have any recommendations and/or pricing info on bus rentals to take guests to and from the main hotel to the ceremony then the reception and back to the hotel?  Any info is greatly appreciated-thanks in advance!

    I don't have any vendor recs.  But does your hotel offer shuttle service?  Ours offers shuttle service for an okay price to the reception and back.

    Not sure where you are getting married, but definitely check with the hotel.  Many offer a shuttle service.

    Depending on your budget, Butler Transporation has 14 person shuttle vans that start at about $375 for 3 hours.  I saw them at the wedding show and they were very clean and nice.  It could take a few trips, but we like that idea as not 100% of the guests will be ready at the same time.  This might not work for a long distance however.

    Also, depending on the size of your wedding, we also looked into Starline Transportation.  From what I remember, they have actual buses for transporting guests.  They were too big for our wedding so we didn't look into the details, but they might work for you.

    Thank you so much!  Everything will be downtown so it's basically just transportation so that people don't have to walk in heels or after a long night of celebrating.  We're probably looking at bussing approximately 100 guests so I'll look into two busses. Thanks again!

    I used starline to get my guests from Hotel 1000 to Villa Academy and back. They were very professional and on time
