Hey girls!
After much aggravation and frustration with caterers since getting engaged, I decided to scrap the whole seated dinner idea and just go with a cocktail snacky reception ( reception is at 7:30 anyways! no need to feed people a meal...) which definately releives some stress for me.
My question is! I want to do something funky for food. My FI and I are pretty offbeat, definately nerds, and arent really doing anything traditional. Our wedding is in a warehouse in SoDo, and traditional catering food just doesnt jive with my funky cool venue. Anyone have any recommendations for any offbeat food options? Food trucks? Unique interesting food ideas? I just cant bring my own food, it needs to be catered. I have.. Veraci's? Pizza on my list with their woodfired oven cart they wheel in and make pizzas in it - very cool! Just wanted to see if anyone else knows of anyone who could do something cool with my snacks!
