Christian Weddings

Please help! :)

Hey girls!

I am so glad to see a whole board dedicated to Christian women who are bringing God into their marriages. I am excited to really become a part of this board- but I need help. I try to read these things and it seems like a secret code to me.
FI, DD, PP, KPS. MIL, on and on and on. Is there a dictionary!?
There's only 1 way 2 say those 3 words and that's what I'll do... I love you Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Yes, the acronyms can be tough to crack.  FI is fiance, DD is dear daughter, PP is prior poster, KPS is Knot Post Secret (a website with posted secrets sent in by knotties) and MIL is mother-in-law.  Here is a good thread that explains a lot of others.

Welcome and hope to "see" you around more.

I don't even know what those other acronyms are.  But the common one is FI, which is fiance.  MIL is mother in law.  The other big ones are PIP for pictures, XP for cross posting, GM for groosman, and BM for bridesmaid.  The link Lisa provided will be helpful.  I discovered too late, so it took me forever to figure stuff out!

I found the acronyms annoying at first but then I realized it makes typing a lot easier on the boards ;)
