I was just visiting my ceremony venue yesterday and I looked at the "long walk " ... and I got a lil butterfly / almost nervous feeling... I just have to do it a few more times and imagine FI at the end and nothing else and I will be fine... [ my shoes wont let me run anyway i'm sure haha ]

Heck no! I'm so so excited.

My aisle is REALLY long but I'm not wearing heels and I'll have my daddy by my side!

I'll probably get the jitters right before I walk in, but once the doors open and I see the man of my dreams waiting for me, it's going to be all I can do not to run down the aisle!

Nope.  I thought I would be, but I was practically dragging dad down the aisle.  He tried to tell me to slow down...uh uh...wasn't gonna happen.

I was in the sense that I don't like all the attention on me, but we had done a first look already, so I was so ready to be up there with Matt that nothing else mattered.

I'm guessing I will. I usually throw up when I get too anxious, so I'm anticipating having that lovely addition to the wedding-day haha. Hopefully not tho!

I think I will be nervous leading up to walking down the aisle. I think when it comes down to it, I will be fine. I will  probably want to run down the aisle though.

Nope. I was definitely in a "Let's do this!" mood. I was so ready to be up there!

this is what happens to FI! He has such a nervous stomach. I know walking down the aisle with my dad and him lifting my veil is going to be an emotional experience but I think I am going to be so excited to see FI that everything will balance out

I was nervous the whole week up to the wedding.  But not nervous to walk down the aisle.  My wedding was over 30 minutes delayed because there was a horrible accident that delayed many guests, including some very important ones like my 88-year-old grandma.  I kept thinking, "Let's hurry up and get this ceremony started!"

Not at all nervous.  Quite the opposite, actually.  I felt very confident.  It was one of those times I wish I could bottle up to live over and over again.

I have a feeling I will be just before we walk out of the doors.  I'm sure once I start walking though I will be fine.

No, not really!

I was more worried about the flower girl's pomander falling apart and making sure everyone started down the aisle at the right cue in the music.

I don't think so.  I don't have to walk very far and than I will be with FI so I don't think it will bother me at all.

I am guessing I will be... But I'm hoping our "first look" calms my nerves a bit.

Not at all.  I was so excited, my dad had to hold me back to keep me from walking down the aisle too fast!

Unsolicited advice:  Take that time to look around and really see the faces of all the people who are there to support you as you start this new phase in your life.  Ten years later and I can still remember where certain people were sitting.

I think I will be untill I see my Matt, and then I'll be running to him.

I walk super fast normally so I'll probably be a little nervous and try to powerwalk down the aisle.  I'll probably be more excited than anything though.
