My dad's mom is on hospice, and my uncle just posted on Facebook a beautiful video chronicling the last few days when he got to visit with her. It sounds like she has now stopped eating, and is sleeping all day, and is pretty incoherent overall. I'm thinking that this is pretty much the end of her earthly journey.
Please pray for our family during this time. I know she will be in Heaven soon with my Grandpa, but she will be missed greatly here.
