We are using Georgetown Ballroom - all inside. I didn't want to risk the weather! www.georgetownballroom.com

Clise Mansion in Redmond offers all indoor options as well.  I'm not sure if it can accomodate that many people but it's worth looking into.

We are using EM Fine Art Gallery. http://emfineart.com/ The owners are amazing and will totally help you along the way and you basically can select the artwork you want up from their collection for you wedding day.

tweeti, most all the hotels in Seattle can accommodate groups that size.  The Marriott on the Waterfront has capacity for 200 people, and I'm getting married at the Four Seasons (the new one on 1st and Union; not the Fairmont Olympic) and their ballroom is easily accommodating the 170 guests I have (I am sure the Fairmont Olympic can accommodate a guest list your size as well).  You could also check the Edgewater, though I feel 150 is a little tight there (but the views are breathtaking and their outdoor patio is nice).  Also maybe the Bell Harbor Conference Center on the water?  Or the Columbia Tower Club?  It really just depends on your budget.

Hi there! This is my first post to the forum and I just wanted to say that the Great Hall at Greenlake is a relatively new venue that I secured for my May 2012 wedding ceremony (website here: http://www.greathallgreenlake.com/Great_Hall_at_Green_Lake/Welcome.html). It's cheap, in a fun area, and they let you select your own caterers if you'd like to do the reception there. I also love Salty's on Alki, where my reception will be, because if it's nice outside you can go on to the patio, but if it's cold or rainy you can still enjoy the outdoors through the amazing views.

I also looked at and liked:
    - the Aquarium (pricey though, hard to suggest given I don't know your budget!)
    - the Museum of Flight
    - Center for Urban Horticulture
    - Georgetown Studios (as well as the awesome Ballroom, mentioned above)
    - Sanctuary at Admiral (in West seatle)
    - The Canal - near Ballard Locks
    - Pickering Barn in Issaquah, WA

    Have fun! - Cheryl Smile

You mentioned Tacoma, so here are the places that we looked into for our wedding (we're expecting approx 200 people).

    Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium
High Cedars Golf Club (Orting, WA)
    Pioneer Park Pavilion (Puyallup, WA)

Good luck! PDZA & HCGC require you to use their caterers, but PPP doesn't have a caterer. Costs were pretty similar between HCGC & PPP but HCGC provides the tables, linens, plates, set up, take down, etc. So we decided to go with them, but a friend of ours just did a VERY budget wedding at PPP. Good luck! =]
