indecisive... not sure?

I'm not sure what color of envelopes I should use for our invites and RSVPs. Our pocketfolds are black.. our colors are green, royal blue, black, and white. I was thinking of a black envelope with a green rsvp envelope but I can't find a green that I like besides at paper zone and i don't remember their prices.. anyway.. what color do you think??

also, if the mat behind the invitation doesn't matche perfectly to the envelope for the rsvp.. do you think people will notice? or should i just go with a blue envelope so it doesn't clash?

TIA!

What if you did green, but a different shade of green (darker or lighter) that way you don't need to worry about it matching perfectly?

I like Tygirl's idea of a different shade. And if you liked the ones at Paper Zone, go for it! But the green will definitely stand out and be cool looking.
I don't think it really matters if the blues are a little different. If you're totally unhappy with it, then obviously you know you want them to match. But if you just want to get them done and don't care too much, I think the mat and RSVP envelope won't get scrutinized by guests. Remember, the only ones who care so much about these wedding things are us!! Some of your guests probably won't even notice. So don't worry! Good luck!

What did you decide for the mat?  I think green RSVP envelopes would be really cute!

I'm not minimizing your decision, but I'm starting to personally feel like I could just Eeny Meeny Miny Mo it, and I'd get just as good/bad of a decision on details like this.

But maybe I'm getting worn down.  ;)

I'm with Carrie... I care less and less as the wedding gets closer! :)

That said, I like the idea of a green envelope for RSVPs. Nobody will notice (except you!) if it clashes, I promise. But if you decide to go with blue instead, I think that will be fine, too!

I think you could just use white really... however it is fun if you make them a color cause then you immediately spot them in the mail! Ours are lime green and I love checking the mail each day and seeing them POP out! :)

people will notice the difference in color if they don't match exactly and your wedding will be doomed, of course....Cry

if your pocketfolds are black, i think i'd prefer a green envelope with a black rsvp envelope.
