I saw in your wedding dress post that you were thinking of doing colored crinoline? Well, I am not sure if you have looked up how to do it yet, but a girl on my local board did it and it turned out GREAT! I thought I would send a link to her DIY page on her bio so that you could see it and see the instructions on how to do it at home.

    Thank you so much!!  I'm not sure if we're just going to do a few layers dyed, or a few layers added in blue.  I just don't want my entire skirt to be light blue after the dark blue makes it through to the outside white layer!!  :P
