Has anyone used them? Pros/cons? We are looking for budget friendly caters for our lunchtime wedding, and so far they seem to be offering the best foods and the best in our budget...

Hmm.  Well you could check Barry's Catering in Everett.  Not sure about distance for them, but since it's still kind of in the area, they might do it for a good price.  Their pricing on their lunch menus is really good www.barryscatering.com. Jennyann is using them for her wedding and we're using them for the RD.

They (Barry's) travel pretty far.  I'd check 'em out!

I've never heard of 3 Chicks Catering, but if you're looking for other recommendations, have you checked out New York Catering in Enumclaw?  I know they'll travel to Tacoma, and they are amazing.  Prices are really good, and the food is very tasty.  I know lots of people who have used them (well, and we're using them for our wedding...).

I have heard good things about 3 Chicks.  A friend of mine is into roller derby and I guess they cater all of their events.
