I wouldn't classify myself as lazy or a "couch potato" by any means, but I've never took that extra step either. I'm at the point were I'm not gaining weight but I'm not losing it either. I want to lose weight and get in better shape.
I don't really eat junk food, its just the portions that I have issues with. My mother has actually jokingly compared me with a teenage boy.
So last night me and my best friend joined a local gym. I had never stepped foot in a gym before. That place is awesome. I meet with my trainer today and I'm extremely excited!
