Wow it's been awhile since I was on here! SOOO Busy! Anways Fi and I are doing a photo montage for the begining of the ceremony. We want a song that is worshipful and glorifying to God  but also describes  our relationship and love for each other. We know we don't want to use God Gave Me You, I Wonder What God Was Thinking or God Bless the Broken Road. Steven Curtis Chapman has some nice ones but none are like THIS IS THE SONG!! I know it's tall order with finding the right song but we know it's out there. If you don't know of any songs be in prayer that one will stand out to us. I'm so thankful all you ladies!!!

We're using "A Page is Turned" by Bebo Norman for our slideshow.

"When God Made You" by Newsong, "Godsend" by dc Talk. The song we're using on our slideshow is by Dave Matthews since he sings "our song" (You & Me) but we may have our dads sing "How Beautiful" by Twila Paris.

What about Newboys' "Something Beautiful"?  I love that song.  It's upbeat and talks about the child on her wedding day, the daddy who gives her away.  What's more beautiful than a wedding?  I hope you find something that you really love.

Thanks we are still really undecided. But the wedding isn't until june and we are going to give his sister a few weeks to put it together. So I'm not too worried but I dont wanna find a song haha

I second A Page Is Turned.  There are several other Christian songs that would be great for this, but of course I can't think of any at the moment, ha...have you ever heard When I Say I Do, by Matthew West?  Because that song is truly amazing.

Andrew Peterson came out with a cute one recently, but I can't remember the name of it now.

Also, I'm really like "How to Fall in Love" (I think that's the title) by Josh Wilson!  Wish I would have remembered to have it played at our recetption!

Thanks ladies!! Keep bringing in sugestions. I love the Matthew West and Andrew Peterson songs I think I will use the Andrew Peterson in the playlist at reception and I think the Matthew West song would be great for the photo montage. My officiant (aka my dad) likes the song. Now we have to see what Fi thinks
