I have been coughing my lungs out 24/7 for the last two weeks as a side effect from a med that my doctor put me on. She refuses to switch it. This sucks.

I honestly thought I was going to be bald by the time I finished combing out my hair from the trial today...the poof I ended up going with wasn't even that big! My poor head is going to take the full 11 days I have left to recover and then I'm going to have to do it again :(

Also, FMIL is enjoying hunting people down for RSVP's. She's doing a pretty great job too.

LOL. I had the same experience during my hair trial. Honestly the way I got it out was.... I didn't. I'm known 'round these parts for my crazy hair, so I just sorta let it go. :P

I think there is a mouse in my kitchen. There's little popcorn kernals all behind the microwave and ... I don't remember eating popcorn? dun dun DUN.... haha

I live in a townhouse style apartment which means I have stairs for the first time in my life. I hate when I go upstairs for one thing and come back down just go back up again because I remembered something else I needed. At least I get a mini work out in. haha

Also about getting songs stuck in your head. I have a running track of the parody of Friday Harry Potter style, and a vairtey of songs from So You Think You Can Dance running through my head....it's annoying and now thanks to Emily "Spirit of the Season" is in there too

I tend to hum & sing Christmas songs alot....no matter what time of year. haha. FI is always telling me that's it's not Christmas yet. Perhaps I sing them so much because I was born on Christmas Eve.

I went to a piano bar this weekend for a bachelorette party.  One of the Songs was "American Girl".  It's stuck in my head but the only words I know are "oh yeah, all right, more words I don't know, AMERICAN GIRL!"

No Christmas songs yet.  Or maybe I should say again because in May I kept getting them stuck in my head.  I should be good until October.   Speaking of which, it're really bothering me that some places have Halloween decorations out already.

No lie...Wal-Mart had a box of Glade "Winter Collection" candles out yesterday.  With reindeer on them and everything.

I don't like when they put out holiday stuff too early. Its like you don't get to enjoy the current season you're in because they're already putting the stuff for the new season out.

I had almost forgotten how much I hated mowing the lawn.  It is supposed to be really hot for the next two days and we are leaving on Saturday for vacation so the lawn needed to be mowed today.  DH is working tonight so guess who got to do it.  UGH!  On one hand I'm glad it is only July because we have vacation to look forward to but if it was December, I wouldn't have to mow the lawn!

I don't usually do Christmas music until about November, but DH and I drove 5+ hours each way to NM this past weekend. I was "in charge" of the music, and one of the songs I selected to listen to was Relient K's "I'm Getting Nuttin' for Christmas". It's such a peppy, funny song!
