To change your signature there is a link on the left of your screen that says "update signature" 
-then click edit avatar and sig (in the grey bar at the top of the page.)
there is a box to post the codes in at the bottom.
- use <br*> minus the * to put things on new lines so it doesn't get all out of whack and run off the page.

For pictures you need to first upload a picture to a web hosting site like tinypic.com. (there are many others)  Make sure to save the picture in a smaller size no bigger than 200x200 (I click the sizing options and click "thumbnail".  it will give you a bunch of codes, select the HTML code (at the top, and it should start with an <a ref) and post in in the signature.  

For tickers create the ticker on the knot or on another website and use the HTML code they give you.
