415 Westlake?!

Has anyone had an event there or contacted anyone successfully? Their website does not have any direct contact info (no phone no email) and only has a "contact us" form.  Over the last 2.5 weeks, I sent them 2 contact requests with my email (a week apart), and a third with my phone (a few days after the 2nd attempt).

I know they are a new venue, but I see they will be at the wedding show, so they MUST be wanting some wedding bookings!

I'm trying to to obsess or stalk them, but I am close to signing with another venue if I don't hear from them soon. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

    Haven't heard of them, but honestly, if they don't reply after two (in your case, three) requests, then I'd take that as a sign.  Do you really want to do business with a company that will likely cause you stress down the road?

    I haven't heard anything about them and I'm with TyGirl - if they aren't providing any other form of contact than their encoded form, that's not good service. You've sent them enough requests that I can't just pass it off as a glitch. I would say keep on moving - if they are new and wanting business and this is their response, imagine what it would be like if you booked them.

    I did some internet searching a while ago and found the phone number (I think the form on their website is broken):

    We went to look at the space while it was still under construction. We loved it and were about to book it. Then I called him to ask a few more questions and he told me it was no longer available for most sundays in the summer :( (even tough we were pencilled in). Overall, its a very nice space with good features, but their organization needs some help...

    My son and future daughter-in-law has booked them  for their reception in Sept.   It is very odd that they have not responded....don't give up on them.   The place is amazing!!!
