Okay so Monday I posted about my job issues. Here is the CN (cliff's notes) version:
- Was promised full-time teaching status (plus health benefits and retirement) for spring semester but had to start 60%. Found out Monday that the school district is not following through with their promise. Moments of panic that evening and for much of the day Tuesday.
- In panicked internet search for jobs, found a job posting for a MS music teacher where my FI's job is!!! Promptly contacted HR.
- Principal called me within 1 hour of my email to HR ... apparently the number applicants was slim. Asked me to email my resume directly to him.
- FINALLY Got a call back from the principal TODAY (it has been 4 days of TORTURE!) and he wants me to come in for an interview next week.
- The only unknown right now is that we are expecting inclement weather, so he is going to call me on Monday at 10am with what time I should come in for the interview and also to make sure his interview panel can be there.
