We are having a guest book. I was going to make a picture book online, but I think I am going to do a scrap book instead because I started one when we were first dating and never finished it.
That is my project for May. I am going to do a 10x10 scrap book with photos, tickets, etc. from our relationship.

I got a "memory book" which has guest book pages for all of the showers, parties, rehearsal dinner, etc around the wedding, as well as a place to put the copy of the ceremony program, 2 pics from the honeymoon, the cost of gas, etc.  My mom has a memory book and it's nice to look back on the way things were when they got married.  Here's the one I purchased at Hobby Lobby (and the accompanying pen as of last night!):

    And then pen...

I don't even know what we are going to do for this. I haven't even really thought about it. FI's aunt gave us a guestbook and from hobby lobby but it's plain and simple and IDK if we will use it or not.

We're doing a regular guest book, but it's embellished with lots of lace and jewels. Our wedding is kind of fancy and I didn't think the photobook fit with our wedding.

Now I'm seriously considering making a "notebook" on snapfish with photos of us on the front and making that our guestbook. I have a credit for a free notebook so it would only cost me shipping!!

    here's a preview

We did a Snapfish photo guest book using our e-pics.  We left pages blank for people to sign.  Our guests mostly signed it yearbook style and it's fun to go back and see what they wrote.

There is an album in my bio showing some of the pages: http://www.mywedding.com/lisaweddingbio/photo_229601_13695658.html

We have a guest document from www.documentsanddesigns.com. It comes from the Quaker tradition of everyone signing the marriage document as a witness to the marriage, essentially like making a vow as a guest to help the couple uphold their vows.  We really liked the idea, so instead of just having one person sign for each family, we asked each guest to sign.  I love that we have my cousin's signature as a 9 year old, and having the signatures of friends and family who've since passed.

The document is  a painting and has our vows at the top in calligraphy, then very light pencil lines for everyone to sign.  At the bottom is a water color picture of a little white chapel,  it is framed and hanging in our living room; I can take a picture for y'all later if you want.

We are doing a 20x24 matte that can hold an 8x10 picture so that we can display it in our home.

We had a Photo Booth and Mad Libs at the table settings instead.

    : )

The mad libs were HILARIOUS to read when we got back from our honeymoon!

We are doing a scrapbook of our engagement and are having pages at the end for the "guestbook." I think that way we might actually look at it. That is assuming of course that I will actually pull it all together in the next 38 days...ahhh!!!

I love the idea of a scrapbook/photo book and the guests signing it "yearbook style". Sounds like so much fun!

we had an artist friend paint a black tree on a big canvas, with our names and the date, and our guests are going to sign it in a dark green canvas pen.  it's going to hang in our office.  :)  it's gorgeous.

We did a guest book photo frame with one of our engagement pictures in the middle. I'm so glad we did this, because it's now hanging up in our home as opposed to a traditional guest book which would have been stored away.

This maybe isn't the most unique idea, but we are doing a photo guest book.

I got a scrapbook, and it is filled with plastic sheet protector inserts.  It will be out on display along with scrapbook pages that have photo corners attached and space to sign. The people will sign around the page (leaving a space for the picture), and take a picture of themselves (we are providing a little home-made photo booth) and then stick their page into the scrapbook.  Once we get home we will print the pictures and attach them to the pages.  I know people do it with Polaroids or photo-printers but this just seemed easier and much more economical.

Emily, you're welcome!  If I remember I'll take a photo tonight.  Terri, the gal who does the documents, is WONDERFUL to work with.  I couldn't be happier with our guest document.

We had a standard guest book and a engagement pic that we blew up and had guests sign the frame.
