It's not cold feet. I am beyond ready to get married. It's just the wall posts to FI and me, the status updates from our WP and family members...all mentioning that this time next week, everyone will be in my hometown...for the wedding. It's that weird sickening/nervous/ecstatic feeling all at the same time. Everything is done and ready to go (except folding some paper stuff...but it's all printed). I just can't believe it's here...16 months FLEW!!!

All that's left is getting the programs put together (we're halfway through those) and then cutting up food Thursday night for the Fellowship Hour before dinner. The Bible Study ladies are taking care of the tea & lemonade, and his sisters are decorating the ballroom the morning of the wedding, since they'll all be at the hotel.

Part of me is a little bit nervous. I hate being the center of attention, so I'm glad that it will be "Us" and not "Me." I'd curl up and die. I'm just anxious for everyone to get here on Thursday. I haven't seen one of my BMs in over 2 years, 2 I haven't seen since Christmas, and one I saw last October, and one I saw last summer. They're amazing girls...I just wish they lived closer...or that they'd just move to Kansas.

Emily I'm so excited for you! Can't hold it back, I'm a bit jealous that yours is already here ... but we planned ours for July 16th and we're going to wait it out. SO many things still to happen between now and then, too!

It's a 5-tier white cake with a pearl design (I don't have any pics on my computer, but I'll post the real one when I get pics back!!)
The first two tiers are Lemon cake with Strawberry filling (it tastes just like strawberry lemonade...I'm in loooove), one layer of just white, one of just chocolate, and one of white with rasberry filling. The groom's cake is chocolate, and it'll be a sculpted Yoda. Fletcher doesn't even know it exists, yet. :) I'll admit, the 1100 miles has come in handy for keeping surprises.
