Did you go to see Skillet tonight?  I couldn't believe how packed it was!  It really was a good show.  It was my 9th Skillet show (my husband's 34th!).  Hope you are enjoying KB!

    No! I was actually over at Superchick. My FI is close to one of the members of the band so we went over there! But I went back to the campsite and I could hear everything. It looked like it was a great concert! I can't believe that you have seen them that many times!!! Are you going back tonight??  I am very much enjoying KB, it's a great time every year for us. This year we aren't camping there with our church (had to save vacation days for wedding stuff) But we have been going up every night!  Today if you are there, I would totally make a stop and see Kevin Leeman at the worship tent at 3:00. I think his topic tonight is marriage. He is a great speaker, and he keeps it funny! :-)

    Yes, I went tonight.  What an amazing end to KB!  I was actually a little disappointed in Newsboys.  It just isn't the same without Peter Furler and I really miss him!  But Toby was awesome tonight and I loved every minute.  I also love DecembeRadio (they are my favorite band along with Jars of Clay).  I got to talk to them after their show.  So that was great.  

    Pretty cool that your FI knows someone in Superchick.  We stayed for a few of their songs and then headed over to Skillet.  Yes, my DH is a huge Pan Head.  They recognize him now and he loves it.  He used to be in love with Lori Peters (before he met me, of course!) and was really bummed when she dropped out of the band.

    Hope you had a great week.  We really did!  Tomorrow I'm heading to Houghton to see my sis.  Her husband is a Prof. there so that's where they live.

    Yea, I had a great time while I was up there! KB is fun every single year, I think I have been going for 6 years now! WOW how time flies! :-) This year the concert line up was a little "down" from the past years but it was still a great time! :-) Have fun visitng your sister!!  My sister is actually moving across the country next week to live with me. She said she didn't want to be a MOH from 3,000 miles away. So she packed up her life! I am so excited! God has really blessed me with an amazing sister! :-)
