So the other day FI finally switched to the local Christian station as his primary radio station in the car!  Yay!  Huge victory!  So we've started talking about Christian music together.  I asked him if he had heard that song yet, because I that song soooo much.  He said he hadn't.  So I turned on my radio and it came on!  Yay!  Too bad he couldn't really hear it over the phone, lol.

Anyway, I'm sick.  And I keep whining about how the medicines should be working by now and I went to the doctor and was there for TWO HOURS.  And blech.  So I heard that song and it made me (mentally) feel better.  The whole song is about how we complain about the little things when we're so blessed. I AM blessed!

Anyone else have moments like this with songs you love?

That is such an encouraging song!!! My musical moments like that are usually just with the right song being played with perfect timing, not any one song in particular. Anyway, sharing in the joy of that victory and saying a prayer for your health!

I love that song too! I even caught FI singing it a month or so ago and he doesn't sing haha. I agree with Reebok, it's not any certain song, it's just the right song at the right time. One of the songs that I feel is SO powerful though, is Everything by Lifehouse. When I used to listen to it back in middle or high school (before I was into Christian music), I always thought he was singing about a girl. Then recently I found out it's about Jesus and I was like WOW... it took on a whole new meaning to me and now it really moves me when I hear it. 

PS- sorry you're sick. I'll say a prayer!

I agree with Reebok - it's just a particular moment a song comes on and hits home.  :P
