Inspirational quotes/verses about marriage

I got the idea last night to put inspirations quotes, lyrics, and Bible verses about love and marriage on each of the table number cards.  (I plan to create and frame 5x7 cards with the number on the top and the quote on the bottom, so there is plenty of room.)

I have a few so far, but I was wondering if you ladies could help me out?  Here's what I have so far.

Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.
- James 1:19

Don't follow your heart, lead it.

Love is not a place to come and go as we please.
It's a house we enter in and then commit to never leave.
- Warren Barfield

The promise, made when I am in love and because I am in love, to be true to the beloved as long as I live, commits me to being true even if I cease to be in love. A promise must be about things that I can do, about actions: no one can promise to go on feeling in a certain way. He might as well promise to never have a headache or always to feel hungry.
- C.S. Lewis

Then the LORD God said, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him." -Genesis 2:18

Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. -Genesis 2:24

He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD. -Proverbs 18:22

He answered, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, andthe two shall become one flesh'? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate." -Matthew 19:4-6

Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.  Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. -Epehsians 4:31-32

Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, His body, and is Himself its Savior.  Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her, that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of waterwith the word, so that He might present the church to Himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.  In the same way, husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.  For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, because we are members of his body. "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh."  This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church. However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband. -Epehsians 5:22-33

Marriage is like a pair of shears Oft times working in opposite directions, but punishing anyone that comes between them. -Sydney Smith

The more you invest in a marriage, the more valuable it becomes.
    -Amy Grant

In marriage, each partner is to be an encourager rather than a critic, a forgiver rather than a collector of hurts, an enabler rather than a reformer. -H. Norman Wright and Gary J. Oliver

A great marriage is not when the 'perfect couple' come together. It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.  -Dave Meurer

When I have learnt to love God better than my earthly dearest, I shall love my earthly dearest better than I do now. -C.S. Lewis

Eve was not taken out of Adam's head to top him, neither out of his feet to be trampled on by him, but out of his side to be equal with him, under his arm to be protected by him, and near his heart to be loved by him. -Matthew Henry

A good marriage is the union of two forgivers. -Ruth Graham

"marriage is a commitment. its sucess doesnt depend on feelings, circumstances, or moods - but on two people who are loyal to eachother and their vows. A partnership of two people who bring out the very best in eachother and who know that even though they are wonderful as individuals, they are even better together."
