Congrats!  I remember that feeling very well.  I don't remember how many envelopes there were, but we invited 485.  I feel ya on big families.  All but about 100 of those invited were family, and only 50 invited were our friends!

Congrats on finishing! All you girls have such big weddings! We are inviting somewhere around 160 people I think haha.

We're only inviting around 175 folks and we are expecting about 25-40 declines... so I guess mine is a bit smaller, but oh well!  Nice job on getting them all done ... that is QUITE the feat!!

We invited 418.  Most of FI's family is across the country and, besides his siblings and parents, many of them won't be able to make it.  125 of them are my family, and no one lives more than 4 hours away...115 of them live within 30 minutes of us.  170 are family friends who are all local...and about 50 of them are our college friends.  We included kids, but I do know of some who will probably leave the kids at home and enjoy a parents' night out.

We've already had a few people tell us they won't be able to make it, after STDs went out.  The ballroom is coded to hold 650, but I'm hoping for ~320 so we can set it up 8-person tables for a buffet dinner instead of having enought scattered chairs for everyone and tall tables for a more "heavy hors d'oeurves" meal.

Yay. We are sending out 148 and we have a facebook event and putting inserts into two different church bulletins (mine and the place we are getting married which is his family's church) . We are expecting 150-200 to show up but because we are only doing a hors d'oeurves and cake reception, we opted to not do RSVPs. We have a very rough estimate from FB but we will see who bwt there the day of the wedding.
