My sister and brother in law teach in Thailand. Their area is currently not flooded, but the floods are threatening there, and food is a problem. They have enough to survive on for a little while, but usually they go to one of the many carts nearby for dinner, since it's cheaper than cooking. Their school is currently on a semester break, and they've delayed starting back up for anther week. My sister is my maid of honor, and my wedding is 2 weeks after their school should get out for the year, giving them plenty of time to get back. However, if school is delayed and days are added to the end of the year, they might not make it back in time.
