Wedding brain...ugh!

I feel like I have been MIA lately and I'm blaming "wedding brain"! My friends who have been pregnant say pregnancy makes you forget everything and they always blame "pregnancy brain", but I think planning a wedding does similar things! Oh my word, being within WEEKS of the wedding is making me crazy! FUnny thing is my parents are taking care of most of the details! I guess just trying to work and coordinate things, particularly out ot town details with basically the entire wedding party and all family members, is just stressing me out to no end! I had a dream last night that it was time to walk down the aisle and they were playing the wrong processional song and I threw a hissy fit and refued to walk down the aisle! Oi vay! I know some of the other girls on here can relate, I know Joy and Emily are within weeks too (so sorry if I am forgetting others) I am just SO STRESSED! Ugh, honeymoon, are you here yet???

I've been married for 19+ months and I miss our honeymoon often.  I don't remember being forgetful in the weeks leading up to the wedding, but maybe I just forgot (ha ha).

Completely agree especially last weekend. I thought I was going insane, and it reminded me so much of when my sister was pregnant. Luckily, my FMIL kept it all together. Now, what do I do without her now that we are home? lol

I am at somthing under 30 days and not looking anymore because I had a freak out at the one month mark.

And like you, my family is doing a lot of it. I won't be there until a week before the wedding. I can't wait for the honeymoon!

Totally, completely understand.  I have woken up at 5:30 or 6:00 AM for the past several days from wedding nightmares.  Last night, I dreamt that I cried because I forgot to wear my veil to the wedding.  For me, it's not that I forget stuff, but that I'm moody and irritable when problems come my way (like guests telling me -- not requesting -- they are bringing an extra guest).  I feel like it's compounded with me because the wedding is next week, I'm on the opposite coast, and FI is too busy with finals to help me.

Right now, the wedding is not a lot of fun for me.  I'm looking forward to being married but not the day itself anymore.  I'm so excited for the honeymoon though!

Aw girl, I'm sorry you are feeling this way. But I promise, the time will fly by and then you will be married! Yay! Just try to enjoy the next few weeks. After all, this is the only time you will ever plan a wedding, so try to enjoy every minute!

And don't worry about being MIA- we still love ya!
