I just read your blog and how you met, why you are waiting to kiss, and all the other stuff. 

Goodness, Emily, you are SUCH an inspiration!!!! Your testimony with Fletcher and upcoming marriage simply delights my heart! i am sooo exited for you and for your wedding (that is coming up quickly). You are a beautiful  and strong woman of God and SUCH an inspiration!

Thank you for all that you have spoken over all of us here on this board and just the representation of Christ that you  have been!

Can I second this? I read it a while back when I was still lurking on this board and was mind blown. I'd heard people talking about it, but never someone actually doing it.

FI and i talked about not FRENCH KISSING but we have already done that before...but with this new season (and we havnt even hugged since last august) we thought it would be a good idea) but not NOT kissing AT ALL EVER!

awww...thanks ladies!  I almost feel like we're cheating now that we're 1100 miles apart until 2 days before the wedding (except the trip out with the moving van...but my parents will be there, too).  It really was not easy when we were at school together.  We had such stringent guidelines for spending time together but there were times that I really just wanted to kiss him.  Kinda difficult to do much when sitting next to his sister and BIL.

Thank you for your encouragement and kind words.  Accountability and similar encouragement from our friends and some family members is really what has helped the most...and questions from my youth girls...and his 3 year old niece that just *appears* from out of nowhere.  She's a better chaperone than most of our friends.

We've made it this far...59 days to go.

Yep! :)  In front of 350ish people.  Yikes.  Although, we've already discussed, "Tilt right," so we don't bump noses.  Oh well...some of them know it will be our first kiss, but many don't, so we're hoping it's not obviously awkward.
