On my way into work this morning, I just returned 4 books I checked out of the library to help write our ceremony. Of the 4, only 1 was useful: The Wedding Ceremony Planner by Judith Johnson
http://www.amazon.com/Wedding-Ceremony-Planner-Judith-Johnson/dp/1402203438 . I am a person who has an easier time seeing how to put things together when I have examples and this book has SO many examples for the different parts of the ceremony. The author is an interfaith minister and the examples she provides vary from short & sweet to in depth and religious to secular. I highly recommend the book for anyone who has to put together a ceremony.
