When are you ladies doing your tasting to determine your menu? I always thought it was 6-9 months before the wedding. The original wedding coordinator that we met with told us 9 months. The new one is telling us to come in July or August. If we're sending out our invitations around September 2nd, don't you think that would be cutting it awfully close? Any thoughts?
