10 more months to go!! I feel like that sounds so soon! I can't wait What all has everyone done to this point? So far we have our ceremony venue, reception venue, my dress, and caterer picked out. Next on our list is the photographer.

yay!! Can't wait! It feels so close, yet still so far!

So far we've got our venue (which includes caterer, cake, etc), church, dress, shoes, flowers (I'm doing silk/real-touch), photographer, and I've started collecting a few odds & ends for escort chart & guest book stuff...

I know 10 months sounds really soon!  I have the venue, which also includes the food and cake, have my dress, photographer, DJ, hotel room booked, officiant.  Just looking into ceremony music and hair and makeup now.

I'm thinking about sending out my Save the Dates in the next  2-3 months. I hope that's plenty of time!

Less than 300 days! I'll probably be sending out my Save the Dates in the next week or two since we've got a lot of family and friends outside of our city.

we have our church, venue, photographer, dj booked, florist with centerpieces picked and booked, dress order and came in, veil ordered, shrug jacket purchased, shoes purchased, table number holders purchased, jewlery ordered, invitations picked out, engagement session photos prchased for STD, hair and makeup booked and trial done.

Next we have to find a belly dancer, limo and groomsmen tuxes

ahhh you just reminded me that i need to start working on this wedding thing again...took a break for awhile

so far i have ceremony and reception venue, cake, wedding photographer, videographer, my dress which is a sample that i will need altered down the road, bridesmaids dresses ordered, some centerpieces started, ceremony harpist, day of coordinator

things i've started but need to finalize: engagement photographer (i'm using a different person because my wedding is in another state) florist/decorator, dj/lighting

things i need to start thinking about: invitations, save the dates, linens, officiant, etc, etc, etc

Wow, it's sneaking up on us! We have our venue and photographers booked, we've picked the DJ and are in the process of getting the contract signed/deposit down. We're narrowing down catering options. We had our engagement photos taken last Sunday, so once I get those back I'll design the save-the-date, then get them printed and in the mail.

I have some basic design ideas for our invitations/other stationery and have all the paper products ordered (I'm DIYing them), I just need to hijack my mom's Photoshop and finish the designs themselves. I'm relatively certain I know what favors I want to use (cookies from a local bakery). Centerpieces are decided on and mostly purchased, except I need some more glass pebbles and will obviously get the fresh floral the week of the wedding. I have attire styles in mind, but haven't shopped yet... Wow, there's a lot to think of!

Alright! November 3rd brides are awesome! Less thank 10 months! Already have my dress, venue, flower girl dresses, bridesmaid dresses, cake designer, invitiations, cake toppers, photgrapher, and florist appointment in febuary!!!! SO excited hope all is well for evreryone else!

Our save the dates are genrally sent out 6 months before so that would be in late april or early may! If you send too soon it is likely to get lost

I feel very behind.. All we have done is My dress and BM dresses. Oh no! Better get started

Let's see....venue, church, priest, DJ, cake, photographer/videographer, florist, rooms blocked at two hotels, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and buying my dress next weekend...very exciting!!

Ahh I feel so far behind everyone! We were expecting to have so much more time but a couple family members health...issues... have made it to where we want to do it sooner rather than later.

Anywho, all we have so far is the reception venue, which includes the food. Hopefully my dad can come up with a DJ, I have 2 photographers to choose between, I know where I'm getting my cake and what I want it to look like..um...as far as the dress goes, I was told by the place I'm hoping to get it at that if I order it in August, that'll be plenty of time for alterations and for it to come in. I'd like to lose a boat load of weight before I even attempt to try on dresses lol. Anyone else trying to lose weight before dress shopping?

I'll probably do the invitations around the same time as I'm picking out my dress. Most of our guests are in town, with the OOT guests only being about 45 mins away so I hope that's not an issue...

Hi everyone!  I am November 3rd bride as well.  I don't have much done yet, but I do have the ceremony and venue booked and I think I found the DJ I want to go with.  I started dress shopping but I don't think I found the one yet.  I have a lot of work to do.

Hi everyone!

I just officially became an 11/3/12 bride as the ceremony/reception venue is now booked!  I will be interviewing photographers starting next week, and the dress shopping starts tonight...

I am so excited, and so happy to be sharing my special day with the rest of you ladies!

We have the officiant, the venue and reception, my dress (alterations in August), ring bearer tux
Bridesmaid dresses will be picked out next Monday
I am going to ask a friend to use venue sound system to DJ with-this week
Will speak with a friend about doing pictures (limited budget)-this week
Finalize cake (my cousin is making)-this week
Will know in a week if my friend has time to do invitations-if not I will DIY
MOB/MOG-will pick dresses this summer
Centerpieces-we are making them ourselves-playing with fake ones now but might do real
Food-we are doing a huge spread from Sams so we will start on that the night before the wedding
Need to decide on hair/makeup/rehearsal dress/guestbook/unity candle and sand ceremony/Shoes/Stepdaughter's dress/Groom attire/Engagement pics?/and alcohol choices (we're bringing wine and beer ourselves)

Just stumbled on this thread - I'm a November 3rd bride as well!  Weird to think that so many other couples are getting married on my same wedding day - and I love it!  Everyone seems to be so on top of things - I have four appointments (flowers, cake, photographer, rentals) on Tuesday so I think after that things will start coming together.  Getting excited! Seven months to go!
