Recently Engaged Venue Stress

So....my fiance and I have been engaged for about 2mo. We are having a long engagement, 20mo, which puts us in May 2014. We are starting to look for venues in the NYC area and I'm stressin'!! Not sure where to start or how to look. Any ideas?

 I'm open to Jersey,Long Island,up the Hudson,Queens,BK......pretty much anywhere thats not more than an hour out of the city and not crazy expensive, (I would love to cap it at 115)

Any help would be appriciated!!
