Wedding Woes

confession

I didn't think the snow would last all week. I thought I would have time to get H's birthday present. I did not.

This was his 30th birthday. And I dropped the ball. I hooked him up with some soup, brownies and sechs.

I asked him over and over what he wanted and he kept saying nothing. Well, he got just that.

I need to get a card on the way home or something. Ugh....

He sounds like my H. Awful at giving ideas, and he genuinely doesn't want anything.

I think he understands with the snow. I'm sure he appreciated the food and sechs much more.

This is miles away from "dropping the ball."

Honestly, the sechs was probably the best thing you could've given.  Besides you know...heh.  Nevermind.

Agreed.  H would prefer that to any gift. I know, because every gift I've ever given him has pretty much just collected dust.  Sounds like a birthday win to me. :)
