I had delusions of a stress free wedding planning process.
Not happening.
Was told by the salon dress would arrive late Sept/early Oct for Nov 3 wedding. Still don't have gown. Will have less than two weeks for alterations IF the thing even comes in at all. DO NOT trust bridal shop's estimate of shipment. I paid the rush fee which is non refundable even if manufacturer (Allure in this case) does not ship on time. Now I have to pay almost $200 to ship overnight so I can get alterations done. Lots needed, my seamstress is gonna want to kill me.
